Istanbul / Hannover. The 26th WIN EURASIA runs in Istanbul from 14 to 17 March 2019. Themed “WIN the Future”, it will have a strong focus on technological innovations for Industry 4.0. WIN EURASIA, the biggest industrial trade fair in the Eurasia region, will feature some 2,000 exhibitors from Turkey and abroad. Together they will give visitors a 360-degree perspective on the entire manufacturing industry. For four whole days, the TÜYAP Fair and Exhibition Center in Istanbul will host all the industries that have a key role to play in the factories of the future. The technologies on display will include metalworking and bonding and welding technologies, industrial automation systems and power transmission and fluid power technologies, electric and electronic equipment, intralogistics solutions and more. The displays will be supported by a program of conferences at which leading experts will discuss pioneering ideas and visions for tomorrow’s industrial landscape. WIN EURASIA is organized by Hannover Fairs Turkey, a subsidiary of Deutsche Messe based in Hannover, Germany.

New: Interactive Industry 4.0 Festival Area

At this year’s WIN EUARASIA, visitors will have the opportunity to experience the latest technological innovations in automation, digitization, the Internet of Things and augmented reality. And, for the very first time, the show will also feature an interactive Industry 4.0 Festival Area, where, among much else, visitors will be able to experience Turkey’s very first “Digital Factory” demonstration in action. The demonstration is a live, fully functional manufacturing line that showcases in an integrated way the technologies that will transform industry. It includes production control and follow-up systems, data analytics, cloud technology, industrial security systems, Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) technology, big data, digital automation and additive manufacturing technology.

Extensive conference program

Industry 4.0 will also feature prominently in the expert discussions at the show’s supporting conferences. The discussion topics in the conference program include “Digital Transformation in Industry”, “Economy, Science, Future and You”, “Self-Service Industry 4.0”, “Integration of Information Technologies with Industry: Industry 4.0”, “Digital Transformation in Production”, “Autonomous Mobile Robots and Logistics 4.0”, “Smart Manufacturing Technologies – Digital Factories”, “IIoT Infrastructures and Artificial Intelligence in Factories” and “WIN Eurasia Digital Transformation Talks”, to name but a few. Altogether, there will be seven conferences and discussion forums held over the four days of the show.

Awards for pioneering projects

This year’s WIN EURASIA will also feature the premiere of WINovation, a competition that honors technology projects offering significant added value, are uniquely designed and are innovative in one of the following respects: product, service, design, technology, technical infrastructure, solution, business model, organization, social and environment. The award ceremony will be held at WIN EURASIA on 14 March 2019. The winner of first prize will receive return airfares to HANNOVER MESSE 2019 (1–5 April), including three night’s hotel accommodation in Hannover.

Supported by key industry associations

This year, for the first time, WIN EURASIA is organized in cooperation with the Turkish machine manufacturers’ association MIB. This is an important partnership that will see the show extend its leadership in the Eurasia region. WIN EURASIA is also supported by Turkey’s Ministry of Trade, its Ministry of Science, Industry and Technology, the Small and Medium Enterprises Development Organization of Turkey (KOSGEB), and the Turkish industry associations MAKFED, İSDER, ENOSAD, AKDER, ETMD and MAİB. Further, the EU “enterprise europe network” initiative is providing support to enable exhibitors and visitors to take part in the show’s “B2WIN” business-to-business matchmaking event.
